T-Shop is a platform offering collective sales where users can purchase tickets for a chance to win various gaming consoles, gaming desktops and laptops, and phones.

• Winners are selected randomly.
• In territories where physical prizes cannot be delivered, winners can request the prize value in cryptocurrency.

• Users must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• It is the user’s responsibility to comply with local laws regarding participation in online collective sales.

• Users must create an account to participate.
• Payments to charge the account wallet are accepted only in cryptocurrency.
• Wallet balances are transferable from account to account, but cannot be withdrawn as cash or cryptocurrency. They are solely for purchasing tickets or services on the platform.

• Winners will be notified via email. Results can be viewed on the platform under the “Lottery History” section, the Results also will be published in the Telegram groups.
• Physical prizes (e.g., gaming consoles, phones) will be shipped to winners in eligible territories. Delivery costs are covered by the platform unless specified otherwise.
• Territory Restrictions: In regions where delivering physical prizes is not feasible, winners can request the prize’s equivalent value in cryptocurrency. This amount will be calculated based on the current market value at the time of the win.

• Tickets are purchased using funds from the account wallet.
• All ticket sales are final, and refunds are not issued for purchased tickets unless a sale is canceled (see Refund Policy).

• Sales may be extended if all tickets for a specific item are not sold within the original timeframe.
• If a sale is canceled, the cost of purchased tickets will be refunded to the user’s account wallet balance.

• No Cash Refunds: Payments made to charge the account wallet are non-refundable.
• Refunds, when applicable, are issued only to the account wallet balance and can be used for future ticket purchases.

• Winners are chosen randomly, and each ticket has an equal chance of winning.
• Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the platform will result in account suspension or termination.

• Payments to charge the account wallet are final and irreversible. Ensure all payment details are accurate before proceeding.
• The platform is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value.

The platform is not liable for:

• Losses arising from account misuse or unauthorized access.
• Delivery delays caused by third-party services.
• Cryptocurrency market fluctuations affecting prize value conversions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
